A Left Bank blend built around Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Petit Verdot, the wine shows blackcurrant, graphite and cedar notes with the firm structure characteristic of Saint-Estèphe. The 2016 vintage, at 13.5% alcohol, is drinking well now and has further ageing potential.
