Made from 100% Chardonnay at the regional Bourgogne Blanc level, it is farmed and made in the same way as the estate's Meursault premiers crus: low yields, no herbicides, barrel fermentation on full lees without bâtonnage and restrained new oak. It shows citrus, green apple and a note of white flower, with a clean, fresh finish. It goes with goat cheese, shellfish or a roast chicken.
