It bottles its wines under two names, Jean-Michel Gaunoux and Jean-Michel Gaunoux-Hudelot, the latter adding the maiden name of Delphine Gaunoux, who co-manages the estate. Made from Chardonnay, the 2020 vintage shows the classic Meursault profile of orchard fruit, hazelnut and a touch of buttery richness balanced by mineral freshness, aged with a modest amount of new oak and neither fined nor filtered.
