Anne Gros has run the domaine on her own since 1995, after working alongside her father François. Made using the same method as Champagne, with a second fermentation in bottle, this Crémant offers fine, persistent bubbles, notes of green apple, brioche and citrus, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
