Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and ageing takes place in barrel, with no new oak. The Pinard family has grown vines in Bué since the seventeenth century, and brothers Florent and Clément run the estate today, working the vines without herbicides or insecticides. Light to medium bodied, it goes with duck, game birds or mushroom risotto.
