The estate was founded in 1962 by André and Mireille Tissot; Stéphane joined for the 1989 harvest and took over with Bénédicte in 1990. DD is an Arbois red blending Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir, pale in colour, with red fruit and a savoury edge. The vineyards were certified organic in 1999 and have been certified biodynamic by Demeter since 2004. The magnum format slows evolution in bottle. Serve with roast duck, charcuterie, or aged Comté.
