M 0% Blanc de Blancs, from the Collection Privée, is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Famille Moutard, the family house of Buxeuil, in the Côte des Bar at the southern tip of the Champagne region. As a blanc de blancs, it is made from white grapes only. The family's ancestors were already tending vines on the slopes of Buxeuil in 1642. François Diligent made the family's first Champagne-appellation wines in 1927, and his son-in-law Lucien Moutard founded the Moutard-Diligent distillery in 1988. Today the house produces Champagne, Burgundy wines and spirits, and is run by the family's fourth generation.

The M range brings that know-how to a sparkling wine with no alcohol, labelled 0%. Serve it well chilled, at 8 to 10°C, in a flute or a white wine glass, as an aperitif or alongside light dishes. Once opened, it is best enjoyed the same day.
