Vintage
Château Cheval Blanc is a historic Saint-Émilion estate, its vineyard planted since the 1860s with an atypical blend of roughly equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc on gravelly, clay-rich soils bordering Pomerol on Bordeaux's Right Bank. Owned since 1998 by Bernard Arnault and the Frère family, the estate was ranked Premier Grand Cru Classé A from the first Saint-Émilion classification in 1954 until it withdrew from the classification in July 2021. Serve with roast lamb, beef Wellington or a mature Bordeaux-style cheese. Select your preferred vintage above.
