Champagne
Champagne on the Arcana Cabinet list runs from established houses such as Bollinger to grower-producers including Roger Brun and Clandestin, covering non-vintage brut, blanc de blancs, blanc de noirs, rosé and vintage cuvées.
All are made by the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing. We also list Coteaux Champenois, the region's still wine, and Crémant de Bourgogne and Crémant du Jura for traditional-method sparkling outside the appellation. Prices include French VAT.
