Grand Siècle is the prestige cuvée of Maison Laurent-Perrier, launched in 1959 as Champagne's first multi-vintage prestige blend, conceived by Bernard de Nonancourt to combine several great vintages into a single "perfect" wine. Iteration N°25 follows this tradition, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (roughly 55/45) sourced exclusively from grand cru vineyards. Expect a refined, complex Champagne with notes of brioche, white flowers, citrus and a long, creamy, mineral finish, built around a very fine mousse. Serve with fine seafood, roast poultry, or on its own to celebrate a special occasion. A landmark prestige cuvée from one of Champagne's most respected independent family houses, named after the "Great Century" of Louis XIV.
