La Fun en Bulles is a Crémant de Bourgogne produced by Domaine Anne Gros, an estate based in Vosne-Romanée in the Côte de Nuits, best known for its grand cru Pinot Noir from Clos Vougeot, Échezeaux and Richebourg, but also crafting this traditional-method sparkling wine from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Anne Gros has run the domaine on her own since 1995, after working alongside her father François. Made using the same method as Champagne, with a second fermentation in bottle, this Crémant offers fine, persistent bubbles, notes of green apple, brioche and citrus, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Serve it as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes.
