This Brut Nature bottling of Les Terroirs Crémant de Bourgogne comes from Maison Louis Picamelot, founded in 1926 in Rully and one of the pioneering houses of Burgundy's traditional-method sparkling wine tradition. Bottled at 12.5% ABV as a non-vintage release, the Brut Nature style carries no dosage, so the wine's dry, precise character shows the pure fruit and chalky minerality of the estate's Chardonnay-based blend without added sweetness. Aged in the house's cellars carved deep into solid rock in Rully, it delivers fine bubbles and a crisp, mineral finish. Serve as an aperitif or with oysters and fresh seafood. A bone-dry, terroir-focused Crémant de Bourgogne for purists.
