VintageNM
This Brut is the classic non-vintage cuvée from Maison Ruinart, the world's oldest Champagne house, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. Blending Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it offers a well-rounded, approachable style with orchard fruit, brioche and a fine, persistent mousse, aged in the house's historic Gallo-Roman crayères beneath Reims, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. At 12.5% alcohol, it works equally well as an aperitif or alongside a full meal, from oysters and shellfish to roast poultry. A reliable, well-crafted introduction to Ruinart's range.
