This IGP Île de Beauté white from Clos Ornasca is made from Muscat Petit Grain, an aromatic grape variety grown on the estate's Corsican vineyards near Ajaccio, at 14% alcohol. Clos Ornasca, founded in 1995 by Vincent Tola and now run by his daughter Laetitia, farms nearly 13 hectares between the sea and the mountains, planting native and aromatic varieties including Vermentino, Sciaccarellu, Nielluccio and Muscat. Aged in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity, this Muscat Petit Grain shows classic grapey, floral and citrus-blossom aromatics with a fresh finish. A distinctive, aromatic white from a small, family-run Corsican estate, it pairs well as an aperitif, with fresh fruit desserts, or alongside spiced dishes.
