Domaine Anne Gros is based in Vosne-Romanée in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where Anne Gros took over from her father François Gros in 1988 and doubled the estate's size, adding Grand Cru parcels in Clos Vougeot, Richebourg and, since 2007, a plot in Échezeaux known as Les Loachausses. This 2024 Grand Cru bottling is made entirely from Pinot Noir, and Échezeaux's varied limestone-clay soils produce wines combining the elegance of Vosne-Romanée with real depth and complexity. At 13% alcohol, it shows refined red and black fruit, floral aromatics and a silky, structured finish. It pairs with roast game, duck or an aged cheese.
