Vintage2024
Aragon is a Vin de France cuvée from Théo Dancer, the young Burgundian winemaker who began at his family's classified Chassagne-Montrachet estate before branching out into freer, more experimental projects under his own name. Working with 100% Grenache, a variety not traditionally associated with Burgundy, Dancer applies a strictly natural winemaking philosophy: native yeast fermentation, no added enzymes or acids, no fining or filtration. The 2024 vintage of this red shows juicy red-berry fruit, a touch of garrigue spice and soft, easy-drinking tannins at 13% alcohol. Served slightly chilled, it pairs well with charcuterie, grilled vegetables, or a simple roast chicken. An unconventional, natural-wine expression of Grenache from a rising star of the Burgundian new generation.
