Vintage2024
Botanica is a 100% Gamay Vin de France cuvée from Théo Dancer, the young winemaker who cut his teeth at his family's classified Chassagne-Montrachet domaine before launching his own natural wine projects. True to Dancer's minimalist philosophy, this wine is fermented with native yeasts and made without added enzymes, acids, fining or filtration. The 2024 vintage delivers bright red-cherry and raspberry fruit, a light peppery lift and soft, juicy tannins at 12% alcohol, making it an easy-drinking, gulpable red best served with a slight chill. It pairs naturally with charcuterie, roast chicken, or a simple bistro-style meal. A playful, natural expression of Gamay from a Burgundian producer known for creative, boundary-pushing Vin de France blends.
