Vintage2020
Clos de la Servoisine is one of the Premier Cru climats of Domaine Joblot, in Givry, in Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise, today run by fourth-generation Juliette Joblot. Of the domaine's 14 hectares, nine are Premier Cru, including this site. Made from Pinot Noir in the warm, dry 2020 vintage, which generally produced concentrated, ripe reds with low yields across Burgundy, this wine shows dark cherry, liquorice and a firm, structured tannic frame with the domaine's characteristic plush, spicy charm. Pair with braised beef, game, or a well-aged hard cheese.
