Vintage2021
Les Noirots is a premier cru climat of Chambolle-Musigny farmed by Domaine Michel Noëllat, the Vosne-Romanée family estate now in its sixth generation under cousins Sébastien and Sophie Noëllat. The 2021 is Pinot Noir, picked by hand, fully destemmed and given a cool pre-fermentation soak. Expect red and black cherry, violet and a light spice, framed by silky tannin and bright acidity. It pairs with roast squab, duck breast or a light beef dish.
