Petit Chemarin is a single-vineyard Sancerre Blanc from Domaine Vincent Pinard, grown on caillottes, the stony limestone soils of Bué in the eastern Loire, next to the Grand Chemarin parcel. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and ageing takes place in demi-muids, with no new oak. The Pinard family has grown vines in Bué since the seventeenth century, and brothers Florent and Clément run the estate today, harvesting by hand. Dry and citrus-driven, it goes with grilled fish, shellfish or a fresh Loire goat cheese. Select your preferred vintage above.
