Vintage2022
Les Lavrottes is a small premier cru climat in Chambolle-Musigny, and Boursot Père et Fils, the family recorded in the village since at least 1550 and whose four hectares are farmed today by the twin brothers Romaric and Romuald, bottles this parcel on its own. Made from Pinot Noir, the 2022 shows the perfumed character of Chambolle-Musigny, with red cherry, violet and a fine, silky tannic structure at 13.5% alcohol. The cellar works traditionally, with full destemming and fourteen to sixteen months in barrel, alongside trials with amphora. It suits roast poultry, mushroom risotto or a soft cheese course.
