Vintage
This Nuits-Saint-Georges Vieilles Vignes 2022 comes from Domaine Robert Chevillon, an estate whose history in the commune goes back to Symphorien Chevillon at the turn of the twentieth century and which is run today by the brothers Denis and Bertrand Chevillon, who took over from their father Robert in 2003. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir drawn from old vines across the domaine's Nuits-Saint-Georges holdings. Nuits-Saint-Georges gives firm, structured Pinot Noir with a long ageing curve, and old vines add concentration. Expect dark cherry, earth and savoury spice, framed by firm, well-integrated tannins. The 2022 vintage brought ripe, well-structured fruit. Pair with braised beef, game or aged cheese.
