Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a traditional Burgundian blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, historically the everyday wine of the region. This bottling comes from Domaine Robert Groffier, whose other holdings are in Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin. The 2022 vintage shows juicy red and dark berry fruit, light spice and soft tannins, in a lighter-bodied style than the domaine's Pinot Noirs. Pairs with charcuterie, roast chicken or a simple pasta with tomato and herbs.
