Vintage2020
This vieilles vignes bottling from Derrière chez Édouard, a Saint-Aubin Premier Cru behind the village, is a Pinot Noir from Domaine Hubert Lamy in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. The 2020 vintage, bottled at 13% abv, draws on older vines for more concentration than the domaine's other reds, with dark cherry fruit, fine tannins and the mineral edge of this high-density parcel. Olivier Lamy runs the estate and applies the same low-intervention approach to his smaller red production as to the whites. Pair with roast duck, game, or mushroom dishes.
