Vintage2019
Aux Cheseaux is a village-level parcel in Morey-Saint-Denis, home to Domaine Odoul-Coquard, an estate with roots dating to the 1930s now led by winemaker Sébastien Odoul, who took over in 2004 after working at Domaine Dujac, Mommessin and Domaine Denis Mortet. Morey-Saint-Denis sits between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny and often shows character between the two, combining structure with elegance. The 2019 vintage, a balanced and classic year in Burgundy, offers this Pinot Noir with red and dark cherry fruit, subtle spice and fine, well-integrated tannins. Serve with roast duck, mushroom risotto or a soft cheese course. A precise, terroir-driven village Morey-Saint-Denis from a domaine also known for its Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru.
