Vintage
Domaine Marchand-Grillot, formed by the 1950 marriage of the Marchands of Morey-Saint-Denis and the Grillots of Gevrey-Chambertin, also holds vines in Morey-Saint-Denis, the Côte de Nuits village between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny. Jacques Marchand heads the domaine, with Étienne Marchand making the wines since 2009 and Marion Marchand on the commercial side since 2015. This village wine is Pinot Noir, from vines farmed without synthetic herbicides or pesticides for more than twenty-five years. Expect red and black cherry fruit, violet aromatics and a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins. Pair with roast poultry, charcuterie or a mushroom dish. Select your preferred vintage above.
