VintageNM
This non-vintage Crémant du Jura Brut is produced by Domaine Jacques Tissot, a family estate founded in 1962 and now run by the second generation, Philippe and Nathalie Tissot, farming thirty hectares around Arbois using sustainable methods that limit chemical inputs through soil work and cover crops. Made in the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle, this Crémant du Jura blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, giving a fresh, food-friendly sparkling wine distinct from Champagne. Expect citrus, green apple and a fine, lively mousse. Serve as an aperitif, with fresh seafood or alongside a Comté cheese platter. A traditionally made Jura sparkling wine from an established family domaine.
