Vintage2022
Côte de Nuits-Villages is an appellation covering several communes at the northern and southern ends of the Côte de Nuits, and Boursot Père et Fils, the Chambolle-Musigny family recorded in the village since at least 1550, makes this 2022 from La Montagne at Corgoloin. The family owns four hectares of vines, and Maison Boursot Père et Fils, created in 1993, buys in grapes from growers it selects for working the same way and vinifies them in the same cellar. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the wine shows fresh red fruit, light spice and soft tannins at 13% alcohol, with less structure than the estate's Chambolle premiers crus. Part of this cuvée has been raised in amphora. It suits roast chicken or charcuterie.
