"Au Vallon" is a single-parcel bottling of Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge from Domaine Michel Gros, the Vosne-Romanée estate whose holding in the Hautes-Côtes dates from 1978. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it comes from a valley-facing site, vallon meaning a small valley. Expect red and dark berry fruit with a firm, fresh finish. Serve with braised beef, duck confit or a mushroom tart. Select your preferred vintage above.
