Vintage
This is the white counterpart to Domaine Michel Gros's Fontaine Saint-Martin monopole in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, an appellation more commonly associated with red Pinot Noir. The monopole runs to about seven hectares, roughly three of them planted to Chardonnay. Expect orchard fruit and citrus with a brisk acidity. Pair with goat's cheese, shellfish or roast chicken with herbs. Select your preferred vintage above.
