Vintage2022
Les Terroirs is a Crémant de Bourgogne from Maison Louis Picamelot, founded in 1926 in Rully and among the pioneers of Burgundy's traditional-method sparkling wines. This Brut Rosé, from the 2022 vintage and bottled at 12% ABV, is made entirely from Pinot Noir and rests on its lees for more than twelve months before disgorgement. Expect red berry fruit, fine persistent bubbles, and a fresh, dry finish, aged in the estate's cool cellars carved some 500 feet into solid rock. Serve as an aperitif or alongside charcuterie and light salmon dishes. A vintage-dated sparkling rosé from a respected Côte Chalonnaise specialist.
