Les Ouzeloy is one of Domaine Bart's plot-by-plot Marsannay reds, from an estate built on vines that came out of the division of Clair-Daü in 1982. Pierre Bart has run the domaine since 2009, working with his mother Odile and his uncle Martin. The 2021 vintage was cool across Burgundy, and the wine is a fresh, precise Pinot Noir with redcurrant, light spice and bright acidity. Serve with roast poultry, charcuterie or grilled salmon.
