Vintage
The Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus is a 3.91-hectare parcel inside the Beaune premier cru Les Grèves, acquired by Bouchard Père & Fils in 1791 at a sale of national assets. This release is 100% Pinot Noir from the Grèves climat, whose gravelly, warm soils give Beaune's more structured reds, closer in weight to a Pommard than to a village Beaune. It suits roast venison, duck breast or hard mountain cheeses, and will hold a decade or more. In October 2025 Artémis Domaines moved the Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus, together with some 35 hectares of Bouchard's top holdings, into the newly created Domaine des Cabottes, which bottles it under its own name from the 2023 vintage. The bottles offered here are older vintages, grown and made by Bouchard Père & Fils while the vineyard was still theirs. Select your preferred vintage above.
