Château Pavie is classified Premier Grand Cru Classé A, the highest rank of the Saint-Émilion classification, and has been owned by Gérard Perse since 1998. The estate's 37 hectares of vineyards sit on south-facing limestone slopes above the town of Saint-Émilion, planted predominantly to Merlot alongside Cabernet Franc. Expect a rich, structured red with dark plum, black cherry and spice notes, built for extended cellaring. Pair with roast beef, lamb, or a mature hard cheese. Select your preferred vintage above.
