Vintage2021
Les Corvées is a named village-level lieu-dit within the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation, farmed by Domaine Tortochot, a family estate spanning four generations in the Côte de Nuits and run since 1997 by Chantal Michel-Tortochot, who took over from her father Gabriel. This 100% Pinot Noir wine comes from the cooler 2021 vintage, which generally produced fresher acidity and brighter fruit across Burgundy. Expect red cherry, dark spice and a firm, structured tannic grip. It is well suited to braised beef, roast chicken or a simple cheese board.
