Vintage
The village Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc from Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet is a Côte de Beaune Chardonnay. Alain and Marie-Paule Bonnefoy have run the estate since 1984, farming under lutte raisonnée, with the soils worked in place of herbicides, and raising the whites in oak barrel with bâtonnage. Ripe orchard fruit and a rounded texture over the mineral edge Chassagne's limestone gives; it goes with grilled fish, roast chicken or a soft cow's-milk cheese. Select your preferred vintage above.
