Vintage
Marsannay is Domaine Bart's home appellation, and Au Champ Salomon, in the commune of Couchey, is one of its single-vineyard bottlings there. The estate is run by Pierre Bart, since 2009, with his mother Odile and his uncle Martin, and its Marsannay vines trace back to the Clair-Daü division of 1982. Marsannay has no premiers crus, though Au Champ Salomon is one of fourteen climats in an application that has been before the INAO since 2011. Pinot Noir; serve slightly cool with charcuterie, roast chicken or salmon. Select your preferred vintage above.
