Vintage
This Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru La Dominode comes from a clay-limestone climat in the Hauts Jarrons sector of the Côte de Beaune, planted in 1902 and farmed by Domaine Bruno Clair from Marsannay-la-Côte. Expect red cherry, dried herb and a savoury, gamey undertone, supported by firm, fine-grained tannins. This is a structured, food-driven red suited to braised meats, roast game or mature cheese.
