The white counterpart to Coudurier-Jung's Les Rêves de Gabriel cuvée, this regional Bourgogne Blanc is Chardonnay, made by an urban micro-winery on the Faubourg Bretonnière in Beaune. Christine Coudurier holds two parcels whose cultivation is contracted out and buys in fruit for the other appellations, vinifying everything on site in small cuvées. Expect ripe apple and pear with a light honeyed note on a rounded, smooth palate. Pair with roast chicken, a creamy pasta or mild cheeses.
