Vintage2024
This Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères from Domaine Bachelet-Ramonet is a village-level Chardonnay from a lieu-dit at the Chassagne end of the commune, next to the Bâtard-Montrachet grand cru. Alain and Marie-Paule Bonnefoy have run the estate since 1984, farming vines in both Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, and raise the whites in oak barrel with bâtonnage. The 2024 shows citrus blossom, white peach and a fine, flinty minerality at 13% alcohol. It goes with scallops, sole meunière or a fresh goat cheese.
