Les Pierres is a village lieu-dit in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune, planted to Chardonnay. Domaine Sylvain Langoureau farms it from the family base in neighbouring Saint-Aubin, fermenting on indigenous yeasts and ageing the wine in a measured proportion of oak. It shows citrus, white stone fruit and a flinty, saline finish. Serve with lobster, scallops or veal in cream sauce. Select your preferred vintage above.
