Domaine Pernot-Belicard, the Puligny-Montrachet estate founded in 2009 by Philippe Pernot, makes this Bourgogne Aligoté from old vines in the Côte de Beaune. Aligoté is Burgundy's other white grape, marked by high acidity and citrus fruit. The fruit is picked by hand and sorted as across the range. Expect lemon zest, green apple and a chalky edge. Serve well chilled as an apéritif, with oysters, or in a kir. Select your preferred vintage above.
