Les Chenevottes is a premier cru climat of Chassagne-Montrachet, at the northern end of the commune towards the Puligny-Montrachet boundary. Bruno Colin ferments and raises it on fine lees in 350 litre barrels for twelve months, then three to six months in stainless steel before bottling. It shows citrus, white flowers and a chalky, saline finish. Serve with grilled langoustines, sole meunière or a mild Comté.
