Vintage
Domaine Philippe Colin's regional Bourgogne Blanc is made entirely from Chardonnay at the estate's base in Chassagne-Montrachet, Côte de Beaune. The domaine was created in 2004, when the vineyards of Domaine Michel Colin-Deléger were divided between Philippe Colin and his brother Bruno. Expect notes of white flowers, ripe pear and citrus zest, framed by a mineral, slightly saline finish. Pair with grilled white fish, roast poultry or a plate of Comté cheese.
