Domaine Bruno Colin makes this village Chassagne-Montrachet from Chardonnay grown in the Côte de Beaune. Bruno Colin founded his own domaine in 2004, after years on the family vines at Michel Colin-Deléger. It shows ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest and a mineral, saline finish from the commune's limestone and clay soils, with measured barrel ageing adding texture. It pairs with roast chicken, grilled scallops or a creamy cheese course. The domaine's premiers crus lie in Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin.
