Vintage
This Chassagne-Montrachet Hereditas comes from Joseph Colin, who established his own Saint-Aubin domaine in 2017 after working alongside his father Marc Colin in the Côte de Beaune. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine reflects Joseph Colin's hands-off winemaking style, using larger barrels and minimal sulfur to emphasize purity and site expression. Expect notes of pear, citrus and white flowers, layered over the chalky, mineral-driven character typical of Chassagne-Montrachet. This is a precise, food-friendly white Burgundy suited to roast fish, scallops or a rich chicken dish. A compelling bottling from one of the Côte de Beaune's most closely watched young Chardonnay specialists. Select your preferred vintage above.
