Vintage2021
Les Normins is a single parcel worked by Domaine des Marnes Blanches in the Côtes du Jura, the Sud-Revermont estate of Pauline and Géraud Fromont. The Chardonnay is fermented on wild yeasts and raised in barrel, showing white flowers, green apple and a flinty finish drawn from the marl soils. The vines are worked by hand, the rows ploughed. Serve with shellfish, a creamy chicken dish, or simply with Comté. Select your preferred vintage above.
