Champ Canet is a premier cru of Puligny-Montrachet at the northern end of the commune, against the boundary with Meursault. This bottling is made by Domaine Pernot-Belicard, the small Puligny estate founded in 2009 by Philippe Pernot, from hand-picked, sorted and whole-cluster-pressed Chardonnay. The style is precise and mineral, with citrus and white flowers over a chalky finish. Serve with grilled turbot, langoustines or a creamy vol-au-vent. Select your preferred vintage above.
