Vintage
Bâtard-Montrachet is a grand cru on the clay and limestone slope below Le Montrachet, shared between Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet; this is Domaine Marc Colin's bottling. It is Chardonnay: white flowers and citrus over a broad, nutty palate with the saline tension of the climat. Decant and serve with roast lobster, sweetbreads in cream sauce or a runny Vacherin Mont d'Or. Select your preferred vintage above.
