Les Perrières is a premier cru of Meursault, and this bottling from Domaine Pernot-Belicard comes from Les Perrières Dessous, the lower part of the climat. Philippe Pernot picks the Chardonnay by hand and keeps it in barrel through the following summer before further lees ageing in tank. Expect citrus and stone fruit, a stony, mineral core and a long, saline finish. Pair with roast chicken in cream sauce, lobster or aged cheeses. Select your preferred vintage above.
